Piping Design
- Plant 3D projects creation and management by using Autodesk Cloud.
- Material Catalogues and spec loading (based on client’s piping material classes and standards).

Piping Stress Analysis
- 3D simulation (CAESAR II) of any kind of piping system
- Compliance with all the client’s requirements and with the standards ASME B31.3, B31.1, B31.4, B31.8, CODETI, EN13480…
- Static analysis: over-stresses, flange leakages, nozzle loading, displacements, code compliance, reactions
- Dynamic analysis: modal analysis, time-history, water hammer, slug flow.
- We produce the stress isometrics by using CAESAR II software with custom data and drawing border adapted to the client’s requirements.
- Piping supports: rigid, springs and special type, final definition and calculation.
- Geometrical transference between Plant 3D and CAESAR II and from CAESAR II to Plant 3D.
- Piping Loads transference to NavisWorks as a 3D Model for helping to the structural department.

Structural detailing

- We apply recognised codes and standards such as AISC, AWS, ASTM, ASCE, API, and relevant local regulations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance in every structural project.
- We use specialised software such as Tekla Structures, Autodesk Advance Steel and Robot Structural Analysis, enabling accurate modelling, complex load analysis, and automatic generation of drawings and reports.
- Our designs focus on constructability and prefabrication, optimising steel weight, transport efficiency, modularity, and reducing on-site installation time.
